Well, when I started working in the dental field it was known as a male profession. Even in school there were instructors that thought women should be at home, some made it harder on them & others liked seeing women there. There were even a few who I would say had an interest in the women in another way.
Today dentistry is about 50/50 in the graduating classes. That is a good thing. But, the bad thing about it is....when women are ready to raise a family, there are a lot of things that aren't really talked about. Some women never think about the impact their career will have on the family. What do you think? Are we superwomen?
